Store identity and these terms

These terms apply to use of the NoonMart24 customer storefront. Its registered legal business name, jurisdiction and registered address have not been configured in the project; the owner must confirm those details and the appropriate governing law before relying on this document as a final contract. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

Products, descriptions, images and availability

Product descriptions, images, prices, stock, variants and market availability are shown from the store catalogue. Images are illustrative; reasonable differences in display, colour or packaging may occur, but this does not remove rights where goods materially differ from their description. A product can become unavailable or a CJ variant can lose stock before the order is processed. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Prices, currency, delivery charges and taxes

The checkout currently prices products and order totals in USD. Before submitting the order, review the product subtotal, selected CJ shipping method and charge, and final amount; cash is due when the order is delivered. The backend does not currently calculate or display a separate VAT, sales-tax or customs-duty line; the business owner must confirm and implement any tax disclosures or collection required for the relevant sale before launch. Your bank may apply separate conversion or transfer fees.

Placing, acknowledgement and acceptance of an order

To submit checkout, provide your email when checking out as a guest, a complete delivery address, obtain a current shipping quote, choose the displayed cash-on-delivery option and accept the Terms. The backend creates an order with payment due on delivery. The confirmation screen acknowledges the order; it does not mean the order has been submitted to CJ for fulfilment.

The store may need to contact you if payment cannot be matched, an item is unavailable or a quote cannot be honoured. Any cancellation/refund will be handled in line with the Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law. The application does not yet place the order with CJ automatically.

Payment and account security

The only payment method exposed by the current checkout is cash on delivery. The checkout total is displayed in USD and is due when the order is delivered. The storefront does not collect card numbers or bank-transfer credentials. Keep your account password confidential and tell us if you believe someone has accessed your account. Bank-transfer instructions and receipt submission may remain available for existing orders that used the previous payment flow.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

Shipping methods, prices and available estimates are obtained from a live CJ freight quote when checkout supports the cart. Estimates are not guarantees. See the Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Cancellation Policies for full details. Those policies supplement these terms and do not override mandatory law.

Acceptable use, intellectual property and promotions

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit false payment evidence or use another person’s account without permission. Store branding and site content belong to their respective owners or licensors. Promotions apply only as described at the time they are offered; a discount does not remove statutory rights.

Third-party providers, liability and complaints

CJdropshipping, carriers, hosting and other providers may support product sourcing, freight quotations, storage and delivery. They do not replace the store as the customer-facing seller. Third-party services may have separate terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. The registered jurisdiction and governing law remain to be confirmed and are not selected here. First contact support to resolve a concern; you may also use any consumer or regulator process available in your location.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service changes. The version and acceptance timestamp are recorded for a checkout submission. A revised version applies prospectively after it is published, subject to applicable law. Contact support using the link below.
